Strange Recording Names in PVRX2

Some but not all of my new recordings are showing up in the recordings screen with names like "Family Guy_20070729013000.mpg (manual recording)"

Random shows are being placed in the "Manual Recordings" folder instead of folders with the show's name.

I've had it happen 3 or 4 times, programme set to record via the MVP and remote by pressing the red record button and the program about two hours in the future. By the time I've seen the problem the logs have been overwritten. I'll try to monitor it more often.
