Recording season; dup pending entries

After upgrading to v.1.0.16 noticed that season record of show in attached screen scrape has 2 entries in Pending screen. Deleted the recurring entry, verified no entries in Pending, picked the show from TVGuide, set to record entire season, went to Pending, 2 duplicate entries, same time, same channel (sorry for the pun).

I do have 2 tuner cards.

before, these were being reported as conflicts, but not at the moment. db3 and recording dump here

Have you checked to see if the show is duplicated in the EPG? It won't be obvious because they'll be on top of each other but if you highlight the show before the offending one in the guide then right arrow onto the offending show then press right arrow again and see if it moves onto the next show. If you need to press right arrow twice (instead of once) to move onto the next show then the EPG has two entries for the show so when you select to record entire season it selects both.

If that's the case you may need to empty the EPG and reload it.
