Hi all,

i got some major issue with this card. I have set up
- Windows Server 2003 +SP2 +.NET2.0
- TerraTec drivers 4.8.0.17
- TerraTec HomeCinema 5.26.01.206

All installs fine and TT Home Cinema starts up, finds the card. Only, it doesn't find any channels.

Then i installed GBPVR 1.0.16, added the capture source (the card was detected correctly by GBPVR), clicked "Map digital channels to EPG channels" and the search window popped up. Then i got the following errormessage:

GB-PVR was unable to start the BDA device you have configured. Check the device is configured properly, and not arleady in use

When i click ok, GBPVR starts searching for channels, but crashes with a .NET exception

System.IndexOutOfRangeException: Index was outside the bounds of the array.

My guess is that there is something wrong concerning BDA.
Does anybody know how i could proceed in pointing and fixing the problem?

I have attached the config.exe logs showing the progress of the GBPVR-scan.

Many thanks in advance and best regards,
jeb

Can you run FilterCheck then attach the resulting FilterCheck.log: http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=1...ostcount=6

I had already done this in advance after some research in the forum, the filters seemed ok to my novice eyes.
Due to my frustration i reinstalled the OS completely (now it's XP pro), and it's working quite ok now.
I got these errors on XP also, but i found out that was due to a corrupted bda/dvb-c/.ini file i had generated. (Wrong number of lines in line "0=...")

BDA-Driver-installation and upgrade for Cinergy 1200c and HVR1300 worked quite flawlessly on WinXP compared to WinServer 2003, where an update of the cinergy drivers made the card completely unusable.
Of course i used XP-drivers on Server2k3, as there are no native w2k3 drivers available, so that could be a reason for some of my problems.

On XP everything runs quite fine so far, so i'm looking forward to adding a Cinergy USB dvb-t stick today and see how that works! Big Grin
