Strange Problem Goding Between HD and Regular Channels

I seem to finally have my HVR-1600 working well with QAM in GBPVR. I have about 5 HD channels and they rest are coming in from a set top box via composite. Here is the strange problem I am having.

I go to a regular channel. (Everything is fine)
I go to another regular channel. (Everything is fine)
I go to an HD channel. (Everything is fine)
I go to another HD Channel. (Everything is fine)
I go back to regular channel. (Black Screen with no audio)
I go back to HD. (Everything is fine)

It is like GBPVR is not realizing it needs to go back to the composite signal. I tried recording the black once and suprisingly I got audio, but still just a black screen.


Any ideas on this one.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.
