Sub I'm not sure if you want me to report these as you never respond to my "bug report messages" a simple "noted" would at least let users & me know you have seen the message.

I seem to have found another one that I haven't seen reported (I may be wrong as I sometimes miss some messages in the support forum). On my test machine I have been trying to finish my skin ready for distribution & the other day I setup a recurring recording for something I was testing & then forgot about it & it recorded & shows up in recordings & whats new as "Ready" but this computer doesn't even have a capture card in it so shouldn't it have shown up as "Failed"??

Rest assured, I read everything. If I dont comment it generally means I have no opinion or comments either way. I have to be pretty careful how I spend my limited time, so I cant reply to everything.

"you never respond" doesnt sound accurate though. I just checked and I've responded in nearly every thread you've created.

I'm aware of this. Its been this way since GB-PVR was created. The only time GB-PVR marks a recording as 'failed' is when the recording service was not running during time the recording was supposed to occur (ie, either machine powered down, or recording service not running).

Yes you are probably right, I guess we tend to remember the odd times when we get no response & forget all the others. I assume you have noted the "screen saver kicking in" when using slideshow on the MVP?? It happend when I was trying to show a friend how GREAT gbpvr was & as it is one of the things he want it put him right off Sad
