Hi Folks,

Not sure what is happening. Using the latest version of GB-pvr.

Some shows just don't turn red in the TV guide when doing a record or quick record. The show does get recorded and does show up in the pending, whats new areas. Other shows do change to red in their block.

Thanks

If you go to the main menu then back into the tv guide, are those recordings marked red? The recordings are scheduled asynchronously, so some times you can just get unlucky and it loads the recording list (to mark red) before the recording has actually made it into the database. Its just cosmetic though, and the recording still happens, so not something to worry about too much.

Hi stustunz,

Nope nothing has changed in a while now and the epg update is fine.

Thanks

Hi Sub,

we just tried to quick record a show, went to the menu and back in to the guide and that show was still black. I know its just cosmetic just curious why it was happening and if there was anything known to fix it.

Thanks

when you scrol or slide through the guide is one click per program or do you have to click it a few times to get to the next show?

has happened to me a few times.
always for a show that is reoccuring.
if I am concerned I just look at the "pending" list.

also it sometimes doesnt put red at the top of the screen even if the show is red.
not all the time, I just notice it once every few days.
