Noob setting up an ATI 550. Need help please :)

Ok, so I'm looking for an alternative to my Cyberlink tv application and stumbled accross this software through google. I have a powercolor ATI Theater 550. I have gone through and setup the configuration to the best of my ability, but when I open up GB-PVR, it freezes. I can move the window around, but the contents within the window are frozen showing only snapshots of what's on my screen to begin with.

Am I doing something wrong here?

with the new 169.01 beta drivers

tuning assistant finds the channels btw.

I'm not really sure, but reproduce the problem then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Does it help if you untick the 'start on second monitor' option in the config app?

nope. In fact, thats one of the first things I thought it was.
