WDM Recording Source

Could anyone help me figure out why "WDM Recording Plugin" is not appearing on the "Recording Source" list when I try to add a Capture Source (in Config). I followed the instructions to copy the files into gbpvr folder and restarted config.exe but I still have only 3 recording sources (Direct, BDA and GO7007SB). Any help or more detailed explanation of how to install the WDM would be appreciated, cheers,

BTW I forgot to mention that the RecordingTest.exe program does list the WDM source even though config.exe is in the same folder.
