OSD Issue with LiveTV

I'm running .5 with generally good success but last night I used the OSD to pause the show I was watching on LiveTV but when I returned to continue the show there was no button for "play" and I was unable to continue watching. What am I doing wrong?

Hit the pause button again and it'll start playing.
