Hide file extensions in video library,ect

I searched a little but was unable to find the answer and it may have been addressed befroe but is there a way to hide the file extensions when viewing the video, music library? Not a huge issue but will eliminate the whats an .avi,.mpg, file ect questions from the wife.

Sorry, no there isnt any functionality to remove file extensions. I'll try to add this in a future release though.

Was this addressed in any other releases? I think that would be a nice option to keep the titles "clean" looking. Especially, to keep it simple for wifey Smile
