Any idea why GBPVRrecordingservices.exe service would have 96-98% CPU usage while recording status is "Sleeping"? I have a Hauppauge 250 on a P3 1G, 512MB PC800 memory. Memory utilization for GBPVR is only 33,000K.

Does it do it after a reboot? If so, zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

Which logs do you need? It seems to be making multiple logs (multiple versions of the same logs). Do you need the gbpvrrecordingservice.exe-native? The first time I started the program I had the log on debug and it grew to 27GB and I had a hard time killing the service. Now it seems the logs on error mode are incomplete.

Here's CONFIG.exe-native

All the recordings fail. BTW, I'm just using recording feature and the web scheduler. This PVR is at a remote location. We then copy files and put them on my file server and watch them through a MVP. If there's a more minimal install I can use that would be cool too.

Set the logging level back to 'Debug' otherwise there is nothing useful in those logs, then reproduce the problem and repost a complete set of logs.

Thanks Sub, here's the zipped logs.
I included GBPVRrecordingService.exe-2 because the original copy reached 9GB rather quickly. Let me know if you need me to try again and get a smaller version.

There is nothing obvious in the logs.

Maybe try disabling the web server to see if it helps.

Disabling webservice didn't help. If I schedule a recording, even manually, it doesn't seem to start the recording process.

Try again to post a GBPVRRecordingService.exe.log in case the older one your tried posting didnt show the error.

Here's an edited version. Seems that there's an error line that repeats ad nauseum. Couldn't find the end of the repeat. Maybe this will help.
