Hauppauge HVR4000

hi!!! i have installed two hauppauge HVR4000 cards in the same computer, i dont use them to watch live TV, i use them just only to record some programs in different channels, but sometimes a problem happens, one of the cards blocks and doesnt stop recording, its programmed correctly to stop at any hour but 5 hours later it has not stopped yet, during this time the other card its not able to start recording at its programmed time, the computer its not blocked just only GBpvr its blocked but i have to restart my computer to stop the card recording...
do you have any idea what to do??

When a recording doesn't stop recording, it's usually an indication that gbpvr's recording service has died. Next time this happens, zip and attach the logs (or if you have the logs left from last time), and someone will have a chance to take a look

it seems like if something has died, but i have reinstalled gbpvr and the problem has not fix.... i am lost with that.... i attach the logs that i have found... if any of you can help me would be great!!
