Unable to watch Channels 2-6

I have a
Hauppauge 1600
Dell GX270 2.5Gh with 1.2Gb of Memory
NVidia GeForce 5500 Video Card with 256K of Memory
300Gb Harddrive.

I am on ComCast Cable Anlog.

I am not able to watch Channels 2-6 and channels 7 - 16 are fuzzie.

The higher you go the better the Channel Display.

How can I received my lower Channels?

I have try using Gbpvr and also wintv2000 and I still not able to
receive channels 2-6.

I was able to fix my Problem! I had to replace my cable's downstair. That
came in from the outside that come to the room that My computer is in.
