MCE remote not changing channels.

I have a MCE remote, and a directv stb hooked to my hvr-1800 via svid. The problem is the remote isnt changing the channel. The ir light blinks when I select a channel, but nothing happens.

I'm sure its something silly, but I'm stumped.

Do you have your capture source using the '.exe channel changer' pointing at HipSend.exe, and HIP is configured for you STB? This is what you're supposed to be doing.
