When i set GB-PVR to record at a certain time, it records fine but has no sound.

I record it by finding it on the TV Guide part and clicking it, then clicking record.

Im using the Haupage WinTv Nova T-500.

It would be great if i sort this out.

Thanks. Smile

It most likely is a problem with your Play-back Audio decoder. Make sure it is not set to 'System Default'. Pick a specific decoder and try again, if that does not work, choose a different decoder until you find one that works.

Is the problem with recording or playing back? If you play a recording with Windows Media Player is it ok? Or VLC

If the videos don't work with any player, I suspect you don't have the right codecs installed.

You might try downloading a codec pack. The two I've seen most folks use are:

CCCP Combined Community Codec Pack
or
K-Lite Codec Pack
