BDA Driver Version

Hi,
I'm from Canada and I try to setup GBPVR to Nimiq 1. First ...what is the BDA driver version should I use to get GBPVR working correclty. I'm using the 1.2.2.9 version from TwinHan and it does'nt seems to work. I have no channel. How should I get the EPG update for Canada. If somebody could help me with this to start me up with GBPVR it will be great.

I couldnt tell you anything about which version of Twinhans BDA drivers you should be using, but if you try doing a scan then zip and attach the config.exe.log and config.exe-native.log and I'll take a look.

So like I wrote you in the previous post. I'm from Canada. Want to setup GBPVR for Nimiq1. Scan for channel and nothing is found. The Recording source that I'm using is BDA REcording Plugin. I've tried XML as EPG source and the tramsmitter I'm uing is Nimiq 1.

Also what is the EPG source to use for Canada.

So if you could help me to start coreectly if someone could help help to started it correctly it will be great. I'll be waiting for your reply

I'll have to look in the logs tomorrow because I'm not able open the zip file from here. (small portable device)

If its not finding any channels, but not giving any errors, then I'm guessing its something to do with your LNB settings being wrong.

Also what is the EPG source to use for Canada.

To be honest I'd have no idea. I'm not sure what EPG source has your channels. I'd guess probably Schedules Direct.

I'm using the same LNB settings in MyTheatre, RitzDVB, MythTV and I don't have any problems.

LNB LOF1 9750000
LNB Switch 11700000
LNB LOF2 11250000

So If you could take a look at my logs it will be great

There is a problem with the filename/path of your xmltv file.

There is a problem with the filename/path of your xmltv file.

How should I name my xmltv file ??? :confused:

What is the full path of the current file? Wrap it in CODE tags so it doesn't get distorted. If you are not sure what that means, don't worry about the code tags, just post the file name/path.

Whurlston is correct. It definitely looks like something wrong with the path you've entered to your xmltv file.

Hi guys,
Here is my path for the EPG source C:\Guide\xmltv.xml. Nothing is working. I'm not able to get any channels :confused:. I was thinking that it was easy to setup but for now I really don't think so. I begin to be frustrated to not be able to make it work. I sent you again my logs.

So if some body could help me.
