Strange black vertical bar during live TV

I just upgraded to an NVidia GeForce 8400 GS PCI-e card (also upgraded motherboard), and now I get this strange thin black vertical bar on the right-hand side of my screen -- but only during live TV. During playback of recordings, there is no bar. Furthur, this only appears to happen when using my PVR-150 source -- I also have a HVR-950 for OTA/ATSC, and don't see the bar during live TV with that source. Using latest GBPVR (with patches), PureVideo Decoder, and using VMR Custom (PVRX2). ....on Windows XP (SP2).

Anyone experience anything like this? I'll keep playing around...

Have you tried a different video decoder? Do you have the latest Hauppauge PVR150 drivers?

Overscan? If so, the overscan settings in the video card control panel might take care of it.
