Hi
I'm using GBPVR with an Avermedia A16AR PCI card, and my HD recordings seem to stop after about 30 seconds of stuttering videos, while the recording service tries to record the program forever!

Watching and not recording HD works, and both recording and watching SD works, although I can't get CC/Teletext captions to show/capture.

Edit: I can now record HD, and view captions but the captions are not being saved.

Please find your GBPVR logs, zip them up, and send them here...

Try a different mux setting like dvr-ms and see if it exhibits the same issue.

OK, now I can record HD and see captions, but the captions aren't being saved - I view them by hitting ctrl-R, then typing 801. Should I start a new topic?

I can't help on that one sorry. Someone with more knowlege than I will have to answer that one. No need to start a new thread though. I'm sure sub will read this one.

I *want* those captions - any way to make GBPVR save them?
