is it depend of regional? if I record tv with subtitles srt in PAL format, and I get error srt. e.g bad teletext of any page.

please tell me. I dont have time for write, that's why this bug is very old since 6 month.

now I have time and tell to you.

srt e.g look number 1 and 2

Code:
0
00:00:01,000 --> 00:00:04,000
Downloaded From www.AllSubs.org

1
00:00:05,091 --> 00:00:08,235
"Hotline: 0800 899 888" <--that is not from subtitle else teletext

2
00:00:10,730 --> 00:00:15,155
"Hotline: 0800 899 888" <--that is not from subtitle else teletext

3
00:00:15,585 --> 00:00:21,347
before your own eyes politicians continue the global flat

I am sure, that this is not teletext page else subtitle 777 page.

It'll record whatever lines of teletext are contained on the teletext subtitle page specified for that channels. If you post the logs showing a recording I can confirm what page number it is using for the recording.

i realize this is an old thread, but i'm experiencing similar problems. the srt subtitles seem to contain, between correct lines, entries from "nearby" pages (astrologa ads and local news :p).
can this be due to not-perfect reception?
the subtitle page is 777, the logfile says "initializing teletext subtitle page to: 1911" though.

Seems like a hex/decimal mix-up to me. 777 hex = 1911. :eek:
