Yep, that's the cause. Most people don't know how important this is. You can usually run 10mbps over incorrectly built cables, but 100mbps or faster will crap out if you don't have the ends built properly (1-2, 3-6)

I just wanted to thank everyone for their help and report back that everything is working great! It was incorrect pairing orientation as martinit123 first brought up.

My laptop will stream from the server wirelessly now and I am watching some recordings on my MVP right now!

Wonderful program, wonderful group of users here and just plain fun!
