1.2.9 install

After trying for almost 2 weeks I have completely failed to get 1.2.9 to work.

It continues to bomb out when you try to configure the channels (after removing 1.1.5) or when you try to execute the gbpvr and gbpvr2 (upgrade)

I have now updated Vista with service pack 1 but this does not help except it now informs me that there was a problem with the installer when the configuration program bombs out at the point of initialising/searching for channels.

There is obviously a problem associated with uninstalling 1.1.5 perhaps some registry lines remain after the uninstall.

Can you please let me know which keys I should delete from the registry that may be left after uninstalling 1.15 that could be causing the problems.

Sorry, I dont really having tips for you about installing it. I'm not sure why a small percentage are having problems installing it.

Once its installed though, post the details and logs for any problems you have and I'll take a look. Your channel problem may be unrelated to the actual install.
