Overlay on secondary monitor not working? (F7 didn't help)

Hi, I' m having this problem with Live TV.

Everything else seems to work fine, for example overlay on primary - ok; WMV renderer on secondary - ok. But overlay on secondary - no video, just sound. I'm on Vista though and I can see that Aero is temporarily turned off, so overlay is definitely initialized, but it seems that it is not on the proper place on the screen.

I have searched for solution on this forum and in the FAQ, but changing aspect ratio didn't help. Has anyone the same problem? Thanks for any help.

The relevant this from my configuration are probably: NVidia 8600 GTS + Leadtek WinFast 3100H configured with the help of sub:
