There is a reason honest

I have put a dish on the roof myself and alligned it as close as I can. Next step put the satellite finder in to final align the dish, - problem

The problem is that my nova-s-plus card will only supply power to the dish when it is scanning or using a channel, and the sat finder requires the power from the card.

Rather than getting mate to come around and yell at him every 30 seconds or so is there some way to get it to hold the scan test for longer?

Hi, I have two Nova S + cards. When I alligned the dish, the system was powering the LNB when I used my satellite finder. All I had to do was make sure that my system didn't go to sleep- so I just played a video file.

However, it did take a while for the power on the line to click in- all of a sudden, things suddenly started working. I am using a monobloc lnb with built in Diseq switch, so it does take a while to switch.
