WEB ADMIN: duplicate "Choose Saved Search..."

In my web admin interface, I have a duplicate entry for "Choose Saved Search..." I cannot delete the second one. It is the 4th entry below the real one. Any ideas on getting rid of it?

Update: I am using GB-PVR v1.2.9, but this entry has been there for a while, probably since 2 version ago.

Just open up the sweb-saved-searches.xml file in the gbpvr directory (not the web directory) and remove the offending search.
