Leadtek PVR3000 support?

Hello,

I was disappointed to find the Leadtek WinFast PVR3000 was not in the list of supported input cards?

The device has hardware MPEG capture and provides "Composite", "Svideo" and "Component" inputs (one of the few with Component input for SD).

I use it for it's Component input quality - can I make this work with GBPVR?

I'm not sure if this device would work or not. Its certainly not a common device, so I dont think anyone has ever tried it before. If its similar enough to the Hauppauge cards then it might work but you'd need to add a section to the direct.ini file with the appropriate filternames etc.

Thanks for the reply - would altering the direct.ini allow me to make a "Component" input option, as the existing ones only list "Composite" and "Svideo"?
