Trouble installing 150PVR

Got all the files from shspvr and installed them in the order suggested with restarts in between, but when its asking for a driver it cannot find it, I have even tried to manually point it to the extracted archives, no luck. I have also tried the drivers on hauppauge's site and it doesn't detect them either.

Am I missing something obvious? :/

OS is win2k, yes I have the .NET framework, fully patched too.
I have used Hauppauge utility to remove all the drivers and applications and started from scratch.
Its acctually the (OEM) PVR150MCE so no driver CD, I got the Hauppauge drivers after trying the ones from shspvr.com.

I have acctually got the card with me now at work, and it seems to be doing the same, this is a XP Pro machine fully patched too

Ok, got it installed on my machine at work using this page

It seems to be ok, got no aerial so I cannot test it at work. Though I tried to view something on the composite in but it wasn't having it, tried a few items like camcorder, digital camera, vcr and it wasnt displaying anything, I tried both the old and newer wintv guis but nothing showed up :/
