installing HDhomerun with Windows Home Server

I am trying to map the channels in gbpvr. everything works well under the HDHR config. When I try to run the GB-PVR config it doesnt pick up anything I get no channels found. I looked at the HDHR config page and it seems to be changing channels as the GB-PVR scans. at the end I have no channels found. I did increase the timing for GB to lock on the channel as suggested on another post but nothing happen.
I have included the logs and bda.ini file hope it helps. Also forgot to add. I am am looking for is OTA channels.

It seems to be locking a signal, but not identifying the channels. When this happens with an HDHR it's always been firewall or antivirus software stopping network access from the HDHR to Config.exe (so the app never receives any data from the device).
