Mpeg audio Channel 1 Covert??

mpeg audio channel 1 to channel 2 ...anybody know how to do this..What program. I have some dvds that are mono mpeg audio channel 1 i would like to convert so that gb-pvr running with mvp would play it...

figured it out wrong bit rate 224 when should have been 192
