Hello Everybody,

I use GBPVR for a couple of days now, and first i want to say, its an very good program i really like it.

But i have a problem with using my tv card in GBPVR.
I have an Hauppage Hvr 900 and i tried almost al settings and i have put the channels right, but still when i try live tv in GBPVR the screen goes black for a few seconds and after that it comes back to the main screen.

Here i have some screenshots from seconds:

Another Question is, is it right i cant use a playlist, with the music player?

And is it possible to use the green Microsoft Media Center Remote Button, to start GBPVR.

Remote:

Many Thanx in Advance.

Reproduce this, then zip and attach the logs and I'll take a look.

There is some info about attaching logs in the sticky 'posting support questions' thread. Basically, when you hit the 'Go Advanced' button below, there is a paperclip icon above the post editor. Hit that and the 'manage attachments' popup will appear.

Did you upgrade from an earlier version, then copy your gbpvr.db3 file from that older version?

It looks like you have an old version of the database which is missing some things.

Well i did not upgrade, i just installed this version and it isnt working from the beginning?

Is it possible to get the right database somewhere?

Thanx,

Try deleting your gbpvr.db3 file, then start the config app and setup your capture source again. It'll create a new gbpvr.db3 file from the empty.db3 file. If it still doesnt work, then zip and attach those logs again and I'll see if it is still the same problem.

I dont think you have the same problem any more.

Try enabling live preview mode on the config app's Misc tab, then try live tv again, then zip and attach the logs again.

Ok i putted the preview mode on, and tried live tv, i got a black screen with, test and the time in it.

After that the program crashed. I tried 2 times to be sure. I also could not get back from the test screen to the main screen.

Do i need to keep that live preview mode on?

I added the logs..

Thanx
