1.2.13 video library FF

Great release so far. Much faster on my old machine! There is only one issue I discovered, which is the FF skip in the video library to scroll down in the list quickly appears to not be working. Is there a new setting for that? I upgraded from the version before the previous one.

Try skip track (ctrl-right) rather than ff (ctrl-f)

That's what seems to not be working. I wasn't sure if anyone else is having this problem with this release.
