Recording with best quality?

Hello!

I've just started to use GB-PVR and much is still unknown to me. I got a few questions:

Is there some setting in GB-PVR I can change to record in better quality?

How do I manually add channels? I guess I have to do it with help from tuningassistant.exe, but my card is not in the list in tuningassistant. Though, my card is supported by GB-PVR. It's a Hauppauge NOVA-TD-Stick Diversity.

The tuning asisstant is only for analogue devices, so your card will not show up.
To add channels, edit the capture source in the config app, and add a channel using the button near bottom left (of the channel list)

Then click the map channels button to tell GBPVR which channel name goes with which frequency.

Also, The quality options are not used for digital device, as it simply writes whatever stream is being broadcast, so the quality is set by the TV station sending the signal.
