Using Firefly remote with GBPVR

I came up with some profiles to enable the SnapStream Firefly remote (a Christmas present of mine) to work with GB-PVR without using GIRDER.  It might be subject to further refinement, but so far, it looks like I at least captured the functions supported by the Hauppauge remote.

good work! convinced me to get a firefly remote. i had to change up a couple little things to work for my install (mostly in the global settings) but it worked like a charm. that other forum link helps a lot too.

This may just be my problem, but after intalling the new version .90, my Firefly remote stopped recognizing GB-PVR.

To get it to work again I had to change GBPVR.xml
ClassName="WindowsForms10.Window.8.app5" instead of app4

I never did figure out how to tell that class name for any given program. Is there a trick to that?

I used Girder (looks like it's shareware now ).
Just add a dummy command and click on Target to see details of all your running programs.

If I would just RTFM, the SnapStream forum states:

"Use AppIdentifier.exe (by default, located in C:\program files\SnapStream Media\firefly) to determine these identifiers for any given application"
