Editing Skins

I am trying to edit the fonts on a skin and it says to press play to save the new settings.
I am not using a remote control so is there anything I can press on the keyboard that would equate to Play, or even on the mouse?

I presume you're using the Community Skin Plugin (?)
If so you can press Ctrl + P to apply the changes from the keyboard.
