I recently had to reload XP on my machine and after installing GP-PVR, I can't get fullscreen to work correctly. Whenever I try and increase the size of the PVRX2 window, the actual area that has the live TV in it remains at a static size, whereas the PVRX2 window gets bigger. So I'm left with a little box for the TV and black areas all around. This wasn't happened before the reload, so something must have changed. I tried both my Cyberlink decoder and the "MPEG Video Decoder" one. I'm using VMR9 Custom. Switching to VMR Fullscreen Exclusive gives me fullscreen, but I like to be able to have my TV in a windows also.

Isn't there a checkbox in config app, something like "start in fullscreen mode"? Otherwise I'd expect alt+enter to switch ot fullscreen mode.

If I use that checkbox it will start fullscreen, but then when I resize it back to windowed mode the window changes sizes, but the picture inside the windows remains fullscreen. I can't see the entire TV. Alt-Enter only makes PVRX2 go fullscreen, the picture (or TV) inside the PVRX2 window remains the same size.

Hm... I don't know then... maybe something with your graphics card driver?

Doubt it, then everyone using ATI cards would be having the same problem.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the pvrx2.exe.log and pvrx2.exe-native.log files.

Its because you're using an old version of the Cyberlink decoder which is incompatible with VMR9, causing a second renderer (overlay) into the playback, which the app isnt aware of and is unable to resize.

Try changing video decoders.

I'm using the same version of the Cyberlink codec that I was using before reloading XP. In fact I copied the files from the old installation. Also, doing a fresh install of the codec doesn't help. I also applied the Cyberlink registry patch, no help.

I've tried ffdshow and MPEG Video Decoder (which I assume is some built in XP thing), both do the same thing.
