I don't keep up with all posts on the forum, so appologies if already reported.
On GB-PVR Configuration tool "MVP & NMT" Tab Dongle selection it always seems to default to the last entry in the drop down list regardless of currently select dongle. I notice this as I have mvppmc.bin and dongle.bin installed but am choosing to use dongle.bin right now, mvppmc.bin is the second entry and is always selected when you start the config tool.
It's a minor inconveniance, something for a later release perhaps.
Cheers
Adrian

I just checked this here and cant reproduce the problem. Here its correctly remembering whatever dongle you selected.

Been back to this again.
When I started up config I found 2nd entry mvppmc.bin selected again, was expecting dongle.bin.
Set it to 1st entry dongle.bin and from this point on I've not been able to reproduce the problem again.
If it happens again I'll remember more clearly exactly the events surrounding it and see if there is anything in the logs.

I have been using the latest version 1.2.13 (just updated my signature).

OK I am not going mad, there is something odd going on here, just not what I originally thought.
I note from the date stamp on config.xml that something other than the Config program also updates this file. I suggest that what ever else it is that updates this file is setting my MVP dongle selection back to mvpmc.bin. In config.xml I can see this select has returned
<MVPDongleName>mvpmc.bin</MVPDongleName>
and in a MVP-PVRX2.exe.log fiel I can see entries "getValue() /settings/MVPDongleName : mvpmc.bin"

I have not run the config program at all since setting dongle.bin and since I last posted on this thread. A couple of days ago when starting MediaMVP it fired up with the mvpmc interface.

It's not a huge problem since I could probably just uninstall mvpmc.bin to resolve it.

logs.zip attached.
Adrian.
