Blocky TVNZ

When watching TV the pictures goes blocky for a split second then comes right for about 5 seconds....
I have had this problem for the last 4 weeks or so, all except TV3 and C4 have this problem.
I have replaced the LNB and cable but that hasn't made any difference, if anyone has any ideas I could try I would be greatful, other than getting in a dish installer man.

I replaced the video card on my GBPVR machine but don't think that would affect just some channels... but I could be wrong.

Decoder ??? I'm using a NOVA S plus and yes using ffdshow....do you think that could be causing the problem?

i was getting it with ffdshow
tvnz do something different dont ask me what
changed to power dvd8 goes away
couldnt use purevideo got interlacing issues (only on tvnz)
