Hi all,

strange behaviour, was waiting for new release of GBVR hoping it would sort out my problems but this has flummoxed me and can wait no more:

Running one blaster to Satellite Box and 2 x Sat cards from different makers.

On the server all channels are available from any source.

VIA MVP as long as I select a channel not available from anything but the STB it boots me back to the main menu after timing out. Via STB no problem.

I have tried this with variancies of Martin's Dongle and the latest release PVRX2 dongle.

I have played with MVP pre-delay, still no good.

Strange thing is was all working until I loaded up a couple of Plugins 2 days ago. Cinema (Cheers McBain) and TV Listings (Cheers Alibert).

Somethings gone awry

Logs attached

Cheers

I don't see much difference from when I responded here http://forums.gbpvr.com/showpost.php?p=2...stcount=16

the data starts recording and then it stalls right from the beginning

You are, in a way, quite right Martin,

old thread but no solution. The difference was that I rolled back to a previous, almost, working installation, of GBPVR 1.2.13.

AND it worked with your dongle for 3 weeks until I 'tweaked'.

Minimal OSD is enabled. (read ticked) in the config.

What more can I do?

Cheers

No ideas. This is server side likely dvb source related, which is why the dongle doesn't make any difference.

It looks like either the FireDTV device isnt delivering data, or the mux isnt producing muxed data.

What is the output of mux checker on your machine?

Sub,

output of MUX Checker:

Found: CyberLink MPEG Muxer
FILE: c:\mux\mpgmux.ax
VERSION: 5.0.1307

This MUX hasn't changed for a long while.

TV from my DVB-S Cards just stopped working 2 days ago.

Bad MUX? But don't why why as all good before?

Cheers

Is this really a live tv problem? ie, can you record from those channels using the FireDTV device?

Can you start a recording with that device then play that recording, and post the logs, so I can compare the two? After all, live tv on the MVP is just a recording that it starts playing.
