Can't Get Update EPG to Work

I have had GBPVR working fine for several years. I recently did a flush and fill of my machine. Wiped the disk and started over. I have installed the Hauppauge drivers and the dot net stuff and GBPVR. I am in US using Schedules Direct. I cannot get Update EPG to work from Config/Capture Sources. I keep getting a 401 error Unauthorized. I have two lineups in Schedules Direct. I have the correct UserName and Password. I did the :xxxxx trick after the UserName to select the proper lineup. This used to work before the reinstall. Could this be a firewall problem? I've added RecordingService and GBPVRConfig to firewall exceptions. I'm sure I forgot something simple, but I can't think of what it is.

From memory its supposed to be a ; semi-colon instead of a colon.

Yes, you are right, it is supposed to be a semicolon. I fixed that one before I posted. That was not the problem. Good eye though.

A "(401) Unauthorized" error does make me think you've got your username and/or password set incorrectly. If you're sure its correct, then you can PM me the username/password and I'll give it a try for you here.

I can login to Schedules Direct and see my lineups just fine. And I seem to remember that the GBPVR Config wants all lower case for password. I tried all lower case and upper/lower case as in original password. Still no go.

Try using the email address instead of the username.

Tried email address. Same error 401.

I was able to use your username/password. I had to set your username to lowercase, and leave your password as mixed case. Ok out of the config app to force it to be saved, then start it up again and hit the 'update epg' button.

Thank you soo much Sub. That worked. I must make a note of that case sensitivity, so I won't have to rely on my memory next time.
