Can't play any file recorded with HD-PVR

Hi,

I don't know why but I can't play any .ts files recorded with HD-PVR (divx plays fine). With mpg file recorded on another capture card, I get sound but no image.

PVRX2 freezes anytime I try to play something I've recorded with HD-PVR. Those files play fine with Media Player or any other player I have tried.

Anyone ever expericed this problem?

I'm using the latest build 1.3.

I've reinstalled 1.2.13 and it seems to work fine with older recording. Eveything I have recorded so far with version 1.1 of HD-PVR drivers it just goes back to recording listing.

I will try to go back to version 1.0 of the drivers to make sure it is related.

I can confirm there seems to be a problem with files recorded with version 1.1 of HD-PVR drivers. It plays fine on any external player though.

Anyone else experiencing problem similar to this?

No luck right now. It works with some files, freezes with some others. Don't know what's the problem. Everything I am recording now doesn't play with GB-PVR, the application stops working.

Another weird thing. It has recorded a .mpg file using the HD-PVR, it usually is a .ts file.

First, I can't get ANY H264 playback UNLESS I select the ArcSoft decoder (system default doesn't work at all). There is something really wrong with the 1.3.7 playback. Sometimes I get a lockup with PVRx2, sometimes the audio plays with no video and then others it just drops back to the previous screen.

The thing that really kills me, is that sub said he was adding in support for the spdif 5.1 for the 1.1 driver, but you can't even select in the setup for it (maybe he meant for us to have to set it every time using the ArcSoft software).

Still waiting for sub to comment on any of the threads running around...

Sorry, I'm out of the country at the moment, so cant look into it at the moment. I'll look into it when I can.

It was certainly working with HD-PVR files a couple of days before the release, and I'm fairly certain nothing changed in that code after that.
