Skype Plugin :)

hey guys
i would love to see a skype plugin that work with a running skype on the machine?
that way i can connect a webcam and a mic and have a VOIP station.
it would be great that if you are watching a movie or tv, it would go into pause and display the "accept" or "Reject" button.
