autoremoverecordings to work independently of recordings "plugin"

I discovered that the autoremoverecordings feature only works when you enter the default recordings screen.

Could this code be moved out into the main menu so that missing recordings are deleted when you start npvr. This feature would then work for users of Aliberts' TV recordings plugin.

Its not actually related to the Recordings screen. Whenever any screen loads the recording list (using the Recording.LoadAll() etc API), it checks for missing or renamed recordings.
