video library .dvd bug

just a small one: If I watch a ripped dvd (.dvd extension) from video library the first press of esc/back correctly brings up the dvd menu but pressing esc/back again jumps right back to the pvrx2 main menu instead of the video library folder structure.
This doesn't happen with any other file type.

Setting <DVDAllowVideoInset> to false in your config.xml file should do the trick.

it seems it was already set to false by default
