Hi,
I'm using GBPVR with an MVP, and find it fantastic!
I have one minor issue. The EPG will not update spontaneously. I have the updateepg.bat file properly configured, and this will update the xml data properly. The problem is that the scheduled EPG update in GBPVR config does not happen. If I manually update the EPG in the config app then it works, but it will not happen at the scheduled time.
The PC is always on, and is not setup for hibernation etc.
This seems to be a problem with GBPVR scheduling, rather than any xmltv problem.
Do I need the actual GBPVR app running on the computer at the time of the update? I currently have the recording service tray icon and the MVP server running.
Is it possible to schedule this update with Windows task scheduler?
Ronan
