PCH A110 won't change channels with GBPVR

Thanks for the great install program - I started with the instructions on the wiki and was having problems - all went well and was up and running in no time.

I do have an issue that I've not been able to resolve. I cannot change channels on LiveTV (using the arrow buttone on the remote)-- and the hot buttons don't work either. The screen goes blank (and stays blank) and the popcorn appears to lock up. Also when I use the setup button on the remote it brings up the 'brightness', 'contrast' etc menu options for the popcorn and doesn't return to the TvGuide. On the host PC the GB-PVR icon is still green and its status is that its recording liveTV.

I've checked the survival guide and everything seems correct . I've attached my config.xml file. Any advice greatly appreciated.

Glad you like the install, I think it has saved me as much time answering questions as writing it. Could you compress and send your GBPVR logs I will see what might be happening. When you hit arrow up and down do you see a blue triangle in the top left of the screen?

The setup key won't bring you back to GBPVR when media is playing, all the hot keys only work when GBPVR's menus are visible.

Ahh yes - almost forgot - yes the blue rectangle does come up with an exclamation about a second before it goes blank.

OK - after working on this most of this morning and not having any luck. It appears it just needed me to post the issue for it to start working .

So now it is all working fine - no changes were made. Sorry for the unnecessary post .

Spoke too soon.

Its just happened again - so now I now its intermittent. Up key worked fine - then used the down key and the apparent lock-up occurred (blank screen).

Sub is probably going to have to look at this, but could you stop and start the recording service to close and flush the logs and upload them again. Also if you wait 30 seconds for an http timeout does control return?

OK - the HTTP timeout does not occur - the screen seems to stay blank. The popcorn is also non-responsive to the remote control.

I've stopped and started the service, re-started the popcorn, initiated the fault and the new logs are attached. Also the channel change does work sometimes for one change - then locks up - happens on both up and down channel changes.
