TechniSat SkyStar2 DVB-T BDA.INI settings

This is an old DVB-T card which is incorrectly auto-dectected as a DVB-S with the current BDA.INI.

The configuration below works correctly with the DVB-T card:

Thanks. I'll add this to the master file.

This manufacturer reused the filternames across several devices, so it'll auto-detect as a few devices, some of which are incorrect for your specific device.
