Installing plugins + Tv live error

first can anyone tell me where i put all the plugins folders

also when i go to bring up live tv it says no capture device available??? any ideas?

To be able to see tv on your computer you must have a tv tuner attached to it.

The absolutemot common tuners comes from http://www.hauppauge.com/.

sorry i should have said i have a wintv pvr 250
