Pause, rewind live TV

Can this software pause and rewind live TV like a store bought PVR? I'm new at this stuff and am still trying to figure everything out.

If you want to pause live tv, just hit the pause button and GBPVR then starts to record it.

If you want to rewind live TV, it would already have to be recording it, or you can set the config to always record when watching live TV
(but you get slower channel changes, as it has to stop the current channel recording, and start a new one each time you change channels)
