Hello All,
I have just found GB-PVR on the net and have now installed it and have it up and running ok, Wish I knew about GB-PVR a long time ago it's ace. As I'm playing around with it to set it up for my use I'm wondering if any1 know if I'm able to set the system up so that when I start it will open direct with Live TV???.
If this post is in the wrong place or the question has been asked before I'm soory.
Cheers
Paul

You can run PVRX2.exe -direct "Live TV" to have it start directly into live tv. You could comeup with some startup batch files to run that.

so what sub is talking about is setting up a short cut on your system where the target (command line) is PVRX2.exe -direct "Live TV"

So the full target is probably (assuming default install path):
"C:\Program Files\Devnz\GBPVR\PVRX2.exe" -direct 'live TV"

Running this shortcut will start pvrx2 and start live tv.

Next step is you copy your new shortcut to the Start up folder of the default user.....this will make it start live tv on system startup.

I believe once you have it set up and running, if you go to the "settings" plugin in the menu, you can set the default to what happens when you start the program. One of the options is live tv.

Hiya,
Sorry for the delay in returning. I think I'm going to give this a miss. as I've tried the above but with no luck, so I think I'll wait until I'm more confident with the program. I've been unable to gain access to settings or startup as they keep asking for a pin code.
Many Thanks any way.
Paul
