Hi.
Is there a way to add support for MPC-HC audio and video decoders?
I mean in GB-PVR config.

You can add the MPEG2 video decoder name to the <SupportedDecoders> setting in config.xml. The MPEG1 Layer 2 audio decoder name can be added to the <SupportedAudioDecoders> setting. The H.264 decoder is not be usable in GB-PVR.

Note that the MPC MPEG2 decoder is actually called "MPC - MPEG-2 Video Decoder (Gabest)" (filename: Mpeg2DecFilter.ax) and not the "MPC - Video decoder" (filename: MPCVideoDec.ax).

Well, i didnt use MPC-HC MPEG2 decoder, becouse it doesn't support DXVA. And bacouse i need DXVA deinterlacing + gama correction (for live TV), i am using Elecard MPEG-2 Decoder. Working great with LiveTV, but not very well with DVDs (broken navigation).
But i do not care, becouse i am using GB-PVR only as PVR (record & watch).

What exatly problem do you have?

I'm good now, thanks. Once I figured out that the mpeg decoder was a separate decoder. It just took me a while to realize that. I was just giving you a hard time. Wink
