Combine 1600 ATSC & Sat SD / Channel Changing

Hi all,
first let me apologize if this is somewhere else, but I'm having a hard time getting this going.

I have 2 epg listings in Schedules Direct. (ATSC & Dish SD)


How do I combine the EPG info of those two listings to one listing?

How do I map the ATSC channels to EPG Channels? (If needed)

How do I change the ATSC channels without changing the Dish SD channel? (Using Hauppauge Silver 45 button remote)

Is there a free epg alternative to Schedules Direct when I end up dropping Dish SD?

You don't. It appears you have a satellite tuner (Dish) and a broadcast tuner (ATSC). You want one EPG file per tuner - each file should include all the listings for channels its associated tuner can receive.

If the name of the channel is the same, GBPVR automatically maps them to the same channel number. (I use MC2XML, which allows channel renaming, and sed for Windows, which can change the names in an EPG xml file)

You change GBPVR channel numbers, not source channels. GBPVR decides which source to show you.
